dude where is my bag?

I gave my handbag in at your barksole store at checkers hyper centre somerset mall to have the zip replaced and i asked for a quote first. My bag was given in on th 30 december and i had to pay R100 deposit, and more than a month later, no one can tell me where my bag is? After calling the store, numerous emails to the head office. I still have no feedback. i was promised a call back from the store to find out where my handbag is but nothing. I gave it in at Barksole, as it is an expensive handbag, that has great sentimental meaning to me. I thought a company of your size, with your name would surely provide me with amazing service and look after my valuble item. I am now at my wits end and i am tired of emailing and calling. my docket number is 874347
