Disappointed in services

<p>Hello, I am working in the sanlam head office building and inside we have a Barksole branch.</p> <p>I make use of this shop regularly, but today I am very disappointed in the service that I got. I had to make number plates for my husband’s Triton bakkie – what do I know about number plates the first time in my life that I did something like it. Unfortunately the guy didn’t ask me what size or showed me the 2 different sizes. Know it’s my mistake that the plates are to small and he claim that 2 months ago when I asked him if they make number plates I said the standard size PLEASE I didn’t even know that you get 2 sizes. I told him I will pay up the deferens of the standard to the big one and he said that it is not his fault and I need to make new number plates myself. </p> <p>I am really disappointed in the services of this shop there are only so many people in sanlam head office and this is not the first complete of the shops service.</p> <p>Hope to hear back for you soon.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
