Disappointed

Good day,<br> <br> I am extremely disappointed in the quality of work that has been done on my shoes. They are worse off than before I brought them to you. The first time I received them back, the glue was lifting away from the shoe after wearing them for the first day. I brought them back and came to fetch them yesterday and the glue is still so visible between the shoe and the sole. Plus there is now a mark, from what I'm not sure on my shoe which was not there before. I refuse to accept this. I would've been better off buying a new pair of shoes. I have already paid for this and am completely disgusted because it's not like it was cheap. This is unacceptable and not what I expected from Barksole work. I expect a full refund and you can keep my shoes as you have completely ruined them. I will be getting in touch with Mark on Friday as I was advised he will be in from 10:00.
