Damaged Boots

I dropped my boots at canal walk barksole on 24 April . I went to the store twice and was told my boots still weren't done. I waited over 20 days and my boots were still not fixed. I then emailed the manager to findout what was causing this delay. All it needed was for the right shoes sole to be glued back on. I didnt understand why there was this long delay! The manager eventually mailed my to say my boot were ready for collection.<br> <br> When I arrived at the store on 19 May, and saw my boots I was shocked. My boots were completely damaged! I don't know why both of my shoes were messed up when it was only the right shoe that needed repairs! <br> <br>
