Barksoles Hout Bay a rude ripoff

<p>Hi, I just want to let you know about a bad experience I had in your Hout Bay store. I went in and wanted something simple - an A23 battery for my gate remote. The owner got one and put it in the remote. I thought thats nice of him to un***** the remote. I paid R 50 and left. Then I came back as I realized a battery costs R 20. He said it was R 40 for battery and 10 to put it in. I did not ask for this. This is a small amount of money, but its the principal of being **********. I ended up paying R 50 for a R 20 battery. I wonder how many people are being ********** in this way? When I complained e got aggressive, started shouting at me and said I couldn't afford him and must go to Clicks instead. Very rude and not a very good adverti*****t for Barksoles to me or any of the passersby who heard him shouting.</p>
