Barksole Paarl is terrible!

<p>I handed my leather boots to the Barksole attendant on 26 September 2016. I asked him if he could fixed my cracked sole. He said yes. I waited for weeks (visited the stoor and then he is not there). I paid R160 deposit on slip 369015. When I eventually fetche the boots it had a ridge or drop of more than 5mm under the ball of the boot INSIDE the shoe. The assitent tried to convince me to wear innersoles and I disagreed. I reported this to Barsole's Head Office and received no reply. I told me to return around 23 November 2016 to speak to the manager. I live in Franshhoek, so I went on 1 Dec 2016. The mamager was in Cape Town. I was given this number: ********** 340. I phoned him and he said he was in a meeting and would phone me 10 minutes later. He never did. I sent him a sms and pictures of the front and back of the slip. He never rep****. This was my SMS to him:14.10 pm 1 Dec: The soles of my boots were cracked. I asked your assitant if he could fix it on 29 September 2016. When I drove from Franchhoek to fetch them, I found that he just glued sole to my boots and they now had a 5-6mm ridge right under the cushion of my toes. I told him I coul dnot wear shoes with a ridge inside. He told me to wear inner soles which is absurd. He told me to come and see you on 23 November.I could only make it today.
