BARKSOLE N1 CITY POOR WORKMANSHIP AND CHEAP QUALITY PRDUCTS

I took my shoes into barksole to have two straps glued as they came loose. I left the shoes there for a week. When I went to fetch it the straps were glued across the width of the shoe instead of criss cross. I left the other shoe there so that they can see how it is meant to look like. I was very upset as I needed the shoe for an event the Sat.. The gentleman named Henry shouted from the back that I could come back at 5pm to fetch the shoes. I told him that I cannot come back at 5 then he shouted from the back of the office that I must come the next day at 10am which was highly impossible. I told they lady that was our go between that they can keep the shoes and walked out. Considering I paid R600 for the shoes I returned after an hour and wanted to take photos to send to head office and miraculously it was repaired in the correct way. I took the shoes but was so dussapinted bcoz my shoes were ruined.. The leather was damaged. The platform of the shoe was damaged and the workmanship was disgusting. I sent an enail to head office to Rod and up until today he has still not rep**** as I wanted to know by him how this matter was going to be remedied as I wasn't going to throw a R600 pair of shoes away.. Barksole will never see me again and might I add that this is the 2nd time I took the shoes back to them.. They don't care about quality workmanship They don't care about their customers. Their products that they use is cheap and they charged me R140 to glue 2 straps on the sides of my shoe. A 5yr old couldv done a better job..
