Barksole horrible customer service

I went to Barksole at St.Peters Square and what a horrible experience. I had asked the employees there if he could fix one of my shoes, he said I can tell you and if you can afford it I will be able to assist. Then when I asked if he would be able to do a good job he got so rude and started shouting at me and making me as the customer feel stupid for asking questions. This is the wordt service I ever experienced and this after someone recommended I go to Barksole. I am disgusted by the disrrgard people have for customer service and its COVID, to not care whether you have business during this time shows no good work etiquette.
