Barksole has no customer service

<p>Went to barksole to repair my heels. A month later they are broken and worse than when I gave them in. Went back to Barksole Somerset West to see why it breaks so fast and maybe they can fix it. The man tells me its my fault ots like this and he can't fix it unless I pay. I told him that he fixed it a month ago. His attitude was so rude. Please, if you have a choice, don't go to Barksole in Somerset Mall, they don't need and want clients. </p>
