Barksole Cape Gate poor after service

Had copies of keys made to the value R340.00. They said: Bring back if they do not work. Well, two of the keys did not work. I took the two keys back. Barksole worked on them and they also told us they rework a key once only! If they still do not work they will give me a voucher. What use is a voucher? I want the keys to work properly. So, the keys still do not work and and if I take the voucher the voucher must now open the gates. WOW! Barksole Cape Gate will not see me again.
