Bark is barking up the wrong tree!

I was very happy that Bark promised us unrivaled service in terms of a directory of service providers in our area for gardening, business services, health and many other interesting categories for which we seek someone local. I like supporting local service providers. However, sadly this website is totally useless. It promises a quote in minutes, but it take half an hour just to punch in all the complicated information that they ask, pages and pages of unnecessary information that can be discussed with the service provider himself. Finally when you complete the many pages of fields, it asks for my postal code. When I put in the correct postal code, it rejects it and keeps saying : Enter a valid code!!! Very frustrating as we can't access any of the service providers because of a flaw in the design of the website of Bar****
