Bad Service - Barksole Canal Walk

Terrible service at Barksole Canal Walk, took my shoes to be repaired and handed them to the consultant in a shoe bag. She proceeded to place my shoes back in the bag and tagged it. Went today to collect and was told that my shoe bag had been thrown away! An international branded shoe bag, all I was told was that they throw the bags away, with no notice informing customers or prior warning.
