Worst service ever!!!!
Worst service ever from ths Empangeni branch manager, branch manager from hell, a lady by the name of Lebo. You'd swear she owns BFS. There was a problem with their system on 27 August, she said I must transfer the money to one of her staff members. Today she is giving me attitude and she hung up on me. Someone must put send her to customer service course please. I've never been treated like this as a client. Her attitude makes you feel like she's your Godess or loan shark. BFS still hasn't done anyyhing about my query afrer sending an email at 12:30 because the contact deatails on their page is not working and Empangeni branch gave me a number that doesn't exist.

31 Aug 2021, 07:23I'd like to say thanks to Thabisile from Empangeni branch for contacting me and assisting me with my loan yesterday. Such a polite, friendly and professional consultant. This shows that not all BFS staff have attitude problem. Hopefully BFS will take the necessary steps to assist Lebo regarding customer service because what she did to me is unacceptable. Lastly, a big thank you to Ryan for contacting me and taking his time to ensure my problem was sorted out.
