Unprofessional, with loan shark and harassment tactics

I have been an existing customer or "trusted friend" as they like to call it, for more than 2 years, never missing a payment, my bank account them had issues and I had to change accounts, I then went to the Edenvale branch to advise them and scan my new card, they advised they couldn't help me and that must come back to pay them directly, I then had to leave town due to a family funeral. I then get WhatsApp texts from Galaletsang, one of the ladies that works there that she would harass me at work because I'm not coming to the branch, I than called the branch and got screamed at like a little child and threatened once again
