Unfair labour Practice

I have been noticing that your people work Monday to Sunday and sometimes during the week they work until 8h00pm in Giyani branch and sometimes they work 13 hours shift with no overtime paid at the end of the month. I have been to other provinces and towns and I have noticed that the practice is not the same. Your employees are women most of them and how do you expect them to get home safe if they knock off at 20h30 and you don't even assist them with transport and they have to walk in the dark alleys to the taxi rank.
