TERRIBLE AND ANNOYING CUSTOMER SERVICE
l visited BFS Alexandra branch in Johannesburg on Tuesday 02/02/2021 but the service was very very bad. The three guys working at this branch were very slow,they could see that the branch was getting full with walk -in clients but they continued making jokes and laughing instead of offering that fast and efficient service . l waited for almost 51 minutes before being attended to then l left the offices without getting the service. BFS is known for exceptional excellent customer service but BFS Alexandra was terrible and annoying. Please l'm appealing to the BFS Top Bosses to reshuffle the staff at this BFS Alexandra branch.
