This company has blacklist me I'd number *** help me get me cleared cause i paid them in full please

Hi thanks for getting back to me your area manager for pta 3 called me and Made follow ups but still my name is not cleared from IT blacklist on that account but David did call me to find out the problem promised to resolve it said i should check my self this week if am still on that review i did check am still on the blacklist am not happy at all cause it's seems like is still delaying like how it did from May
