poor customers service

Good day am siphiwe i have been a client for 5years, also an argent too.i brought a new client as an argent at eyethu branch in orange farm. the client was approved i requested my commision i was told that i am not a argent from this branch i should claim my commision from my prievous branch.i contacted my prevous branch they told its lie what they told me they should request my bank statement and send to headoffice ill be paid within hours.i sent my statement to the branch they told me they will send it.the other lady told me to wait after 3 working days to reflect or mybe if i bring another client ill get my commision. its been 2weeks i did not receive my commision.from the first place the manager had a bad attitude towards customer we where never greated and asked how can we help you when we came in .we were told set down like dogs. the question is how many customers i treated like this ,are they really paying there referrals.surly next time i wont refer other customers there .very poor leadership from a manager.please kindly action this. contact *** thank you
