Poor Branch Service

Dear Barko Loans, Firstly I would like to take this opportunity to thank Mr Mthokozisi Mhlongo from Pinetown branch. His service is exceptional and he knows how to treat his customers with a smile. Since he left the the branch I do not know the reason but everything has changed. We now have now have to waif for hours before we get assisted, I sometimes call him to as the current staff to assist. That guy was very polite and professional. I will suggest that you find somebody like him other than that you'll loose customers. You really need someone like him so that your clients will be happy as I used to be.
