I took a loan with you guys and in December i had a crisis with paying my installment but then i felt harrassed because your staff members kept coming to my workplace and requested that i should give them my bank card and pin so that they can take their installment. They came to my workplace several times making it uncomfortable for one to work. Even today i got summoned by my superior that your staff came to my workplace during working hours. I find it so unprofessional that such a huge company would do that to their clients, one cant even recommend your company because of such treatment. Do you guys train your staff to harass their clients? Are you guys fimilar with the POPIA act?I cant understand how you guys work, honestly. I will be taking this futher.
