Mistreating employees is unfair

Please I wont mention ur name but ops manager of Cosmo you need to treat your employees like assets like the other used to do he has favourites My wife has felt at work then ambulance was called instead for the operation manager to show remorse and act responsibly he asked me to pay the ambulance bill I even took my wife with taxis the boss said his car is filled with boxes now my wife called an say she forgot to insert the agent an she was told to pay the money after her salary being deducted due to evaluations on top of that another deduction how will she travel to work is the a company day doesnt want to see its employees succeed I believe that barko is a gud company but the ops manager is mistreating the employees he needs to change an stop undermining them my wife works hard to approach clients and dis guy takes her for granted .I don't appreciate ur treatment
