Dealing with Barko has been so much pain , They have recently handed off my account to Nible ,which I have no problem with , my only problem is that nible is so unprofessional, I have been in contact with a consultant who agreed to a 20% discount on the amount, which is R4800.00 ,I have paid R3200 from the R4800.00 my balance now should be R1600.00 which I want to settle and now I am told the arrangement was a misunderstanding . Calls are recorded , emails with Betty who is the ops manager are there. I am taking this to the ombudsman .
