I work with customers, and I know how important customer service is. I will never go back to that place ever.

Barko financial service in Alexandra Yarona building, has the most awful consultants literally to their store manager. I went there on the 8th May 2025 around 9:40am and I was sitting for almost 30min, they had three consultants this includes the manger, one consultant was sitting there I am not sure doing what but she never attended to me nor said anything until I became upset and told her I have been sitting there close to an hour and nobody is attending me nor explaining when I will be getting assistance. They take advantage that their service center in located in a township, and they do not take customers seriously. I left without getting assistance.
