I just Want my Settlement letter
I've Beeb Loaning Money From you Guys for a Couple of Months.. N Everything has been Going so Well.. Until Now When i wanted a Settlement letter to Settle The loan i owe before Due Time.. They Asking Me Stupid Questions like Why do u want To settle it now n not Wait for Month end.. i Explained That Am Changing Accounts.. n Month end they wont Find anything on my Account. So i asked Nicely For a Settlement letter.. i called All your Head Office's but Still.. Nothing.. They all Rude.. I just Want a Settlement letter.. Nothing more..
