Going to report you guys to NCR

As for as I know Barko is registered with NCR if a client is willing to make arrangements, why am I still being asked to send Bank statements? Like I am some ********? I am going to escallate this to NCR, your number one rule as per the company motto is that, Client must communucate should they fail to make payments, Iv done that, but I am still contacted by different Agents requesting my bank statement even after I have reported that I couldnt make payments and want to make arrangements
