I came to make a loan application for the first time at BFS in Midrand branch and I was declined on the basis that I work for African Bank manager citing that employees of AB are not good payers. I felt that the National Credit Act was contravened in relation to ************** ,I thought when applying for credit it is determined on whether you individually meet the criteria or not, not the basis I was provided of.

I was deeply disappointed by their service when I needed them most.
