Rosina Sisinyana Matshego - *** - *** I have been taking loans from BFS since this year in March, so because they are month to month what i would do is pay them then after a couple of days i would go back and request another one. Come September i recieve a call from their employees requesting that i send them my bank statements, i do that and then they send me a report saying that i have not paid my loans from March. The first question is, how am i not paying the loans how is it that i am still getting loans from them. They then went on to tell me about an internal investigation they are conducting against their staff members, my issue is that i made payment (hence i was eligible for another loan), i go through my credit report and i have a bad report because it keeps showing Barko for all the loans i know to have been paid, now how and why is BFS *******ion or investigation any of my problem and why is it now affecting me and my credit profile negatively. I am planning on buying a house and with what is on my credit report that is so going to be impossible. I need this sorted yesterday, i paid those loans so it is not my issue they hired ********** to work for them, that is not supposed to affect me. I want my credit record fixed...
