BROKEN TRUST AND HARRASSMENT

I took a loan from BFS Johannesburg branch (3) I borrowed R6000 in June to that branch then problem comes when I failed to pay them last month due to family problems (funeral) the manager was aware of that as well so they came to my work place threatening me I phoned Dangisani who is the consultant in the branch making arrangements to pay the loan in installments couse I won't be able to pay back the loan as a once off she agreed that I can pay it in installments so our agreement was that I'll start paying on the 25-08-2021 the amount of R1061.86 and next month R3000.00 October R3000.00 in my surprise this month yesterday they debited the amount of R1061.86 + R7061.86 when I phone to notify them about the error that was made she told me that I'll get back R7061.86 so around 13:00pm I phone the branch she told me that they are busy with my issue I should give them time then around 15:00 I receive a call from Dangisani telling me that the branch manager Gugu Madlopa whith his senior Gladwyn they are asking a prove of a death certificate if that was the reason for me not paying the loan last month I said I'll email them my sister's death certificate she then said or even the last month statement is required by Gugu and Gladwyn I told her that I can't go back to the bank again to request 3 months statement cause I'm from there already to print out the one you said is required even now they still failed to pay back my money. Hello Peter please help.
