BARKO FINANCIAL SERVICES *****ING FROM THEIR EMPLOYEES

I was working at BFS BARKO FINANCIAL SERVICES now known as Barko Loans..Working there was a very bad experience indeed, besides denying us our leaves and making us visit client's homes with our own transport to collect your money, at the end you do not pay Commission, BFS stole money from me.. after seeing that they did not receive some of the loan repayment from their clients they crucified me and took a certain amount from my salary to repay those loans. I was fortunate enough to collect all the amount from the clients that defaulted the previous month, but still deducted R1300 from my salary and when I asked for refund I was granted with a letter appointment for a 2nd hearing and I was dismissed with immediate effect, I did not get paid for that month, they took my Provident fund and my leave salary which was about R7000+ saying it was also for the loans which were not paid up... The loans were paid up but they stole from me
