So this month I skipped a payment due to personal reasons, I would like to report the barberton branch for the unprofessional service I have been receiving, I missed a a payment and I will not run away, problem is now they are coming for me at work, I work in a very strict industry where we deal with alot of money, I could lose my job because of this and how will I be able to pay them, I can only pay on the 25th of this month the whole full amount that I owe, now I am getting emails from their consultants asking me how will they feed their families if I do not pay, I do not remember getting a loan from a specific individual but I got a loan from a company who I thought they would be professional. I will pay back the money I took with interest but these stalker tendencies need to stop, do you guys not adhere to the POPI act, do you not train your agents about client's privacy , I would rather go to a loan shark than suffer this humiliation....
