Bad service from BFS Roodepoort consultant Precious

If bad service was a person it would be Precious from BFS Roodepoort, I have been to their branch multiple times always recieved good service from the likes of Katlego and Nelsy. It was unfortunate that i had to be assisted by someone different this time, kept receiving excuses from her regarding my loan request since Wednesday spent Friday afternoon waiting at their offices for over 2 hours only to be told she cant help and will process everything Saturday morning. Saturday comes once again i need to follow up with her, was assured the loan will be processed before COB today and a few minutes before they close she calls to inform me that my loan is declined due to my salary which makes no sense as from the time I started using their services my salary has increased with almost R3000 so clearly it cant be an affordability issue but her lack of interest in helping and servicing customers even her tone and manner spells zero professionalism!!! Highly disappointed
