Bad customer service

I requested a settlement discount last month for one of my account, which I was offered and happy that atleast I will be able to settle my account, the. A lady called me to say instead of making a EFT rather let load your card and it will be debited on the 25th, come the debit date, it was not debited, then I called on the 29th to find out what happened and she started being rude and telling me that it did not go through I wanted to find out why did they not call me, so now I’m asking if they can offer a settlement discount they said they only offer once, but the last time she said she was going to offer me another on in August for the big account. There is no honest just trying to rip people off. As I wanted to settle this before but the people that handle the account they give wrong information.
