ATTENTION!!

Good day.

My name is Thelma Magopane a client to barko loans.

I started loaning money on september 2024 i always pay my monthly installments the Agent who was helping me is Nhlanhla from barko loans branch in orange farm eyethu mall.

I then stopped paying on march they did not get the money on my account. I told nhlanhla that i am no longer working so i won't be able to pay the loan now but as soon as i get a job i will definitely come and pay.

She always calls me to do follow up i have a problem with my phone, i don't know how you guys work but she kept on calling me to pay the loan i told her now i cannot afford to pay as i am still job hunting but i know i owe them and i aknowledge my debt.

Nhlanhla and her colleague they came at my mother's place telling my own mother that if i don't pay she will go to the police and open the case for me.

As a bread winner i had to borrow money and look out for my family.

My mother is not healthy she has a chronic inflammatory disease which is asthma,she was very sad to hear all that coming from Nhlanhla threatening me to pay if i don't pay she will report me to the police.

Is that allowed for the employees to come to my comfort zone and threaten me? How do you guys allow kind of a person who wants to ruin the name of the biggest company, so she is now going straight to the houses of people who owe barko loans.

Sir/Ma'am i wanted to let you know that i am taking action on this matter and i am not going to pay for the loan because i was being harrased at my comford zone
