Good Morning Mr. Marcel. Our sincere apologies for only getting back to you now regarding this, we hosted a detailed investigation to ensure we are able to help you resolve this. When you initially took your loan with BFS, two additional loans paid out to you because of a glitch at the bank. These two loans should not have paid out to you. BFS apologises on behalf of the bank for this. However, you received those two loans and used the money, therefore, you need to repay those two loans. Please note that these two loans will be interest-free. Our Area manager will be in contact with you shortly to make arrangements in order to settle the additional loans you received. #YourBFSYourFuture
