******* with a shocking lead generating platform

This is the worst lead generating platform i have come across. As a business they give you a startup package with gives you 40 credits and a guarantee on being hired or they will refund your credits. They do not tell you that each lead could be 27 points for example so those 40 credits only give you access to one lead and then if you want to view another one you need more credits.... THEN You try call the leads and they are of such poor quality. No leads answer their phones to my experience and Bark say they cant refund you as the phone number exists and so they are a legit lead. So now you have paid over R300 for a phone number that does not answer. THEN to explain the quality of leads I pay 27 credits to view a lead who apparently wants a solar system and has a budget of 50k-75k. I try and call the lead to which I get no answer. I then get a please call me sms from this lead. So basically this lead does not have enough money to call me back but has enough money for a solar system for 50-75k. Haha BIGGEST LOAD OF HORSE **** and when you ask Bark to get a manager to call you or for a refund on their email you get no reply. I also have not been refunded my credits for not getting an order even though they 'GUARANTEE' you an order or a refund.
