Unauthorized deduction from my account. Very Unhappy
They deduct money without the client's authorization. In my opinion, the option to top-up my subscription should be my choice and not an automatic setting.

We’re sorry that you have had issues using our Auto Top Up function. When purchasing credits there is a tick box visible under Buy Now that allows you to turn off Auto Top Up on purchase. You can also turn this off/on in your account at any time.
