They don’t vet their clients!
If I could give them a 0 I would! They don’t vet one of the people / clients they suggest to the world! Especially the Private Investigators, who turned out to be con men who disappeared without a trace, money, and very private information! When I approached Bark about the issue, I was told “oh we don’t vet anyone, we just assume”. It’s very dangerous what you’re doing, especially when you’re vulnerable and hoping the people on your website and loyal and trustworthy. When I asked them to take it further they send an email to say “they’re looking into it” and I’ve heard nothing since! What happens if something really bad happened, and you suggested a company that did not deliver? It’s unacceptable, it’s disgusting and gross!
