Professional profile reviews are misleading!

Bark.com is not an ethical company. Service providers are easily able to have any negative reviews pulled down instantly. It takes considerable effort to have the reviews placed back only to have them removed again repeatedly. Having the review placed back permanently was a frustrating and time-consuming process. I do not believe that most people will go through the effort to have their negative reviews put up again. I would be very cautious in using this platform

Unfortunately, Chef Elizabeth from Cake_plates By Liz, was able to de***** someone else during the time it took for my review to be placed back up. I hope that all complaints will remain up as it appears that my issue is, in fact, a part of a pattern of ************ behaviour.

I think reviews are extremely important on platforms such as this as it allows people to make informed decisions about whose services they employ. Service provider's ability to have them repeatedly and easily removed is a concern as some people may not follow up once a negative review has been posted. I hope that this process is better streamlined in the future.

I have followed the steps indicated on their website regarding contacting the NCC, but the NCC informed me that the correct route is to contact the Consumer Goods and Services Ombudsman for my case. Once again, making the process time-consuming.
