I'm not happy with this company and the Bark team, I was connected with the company by the name of Phil Construction Solutions they were suppose to install pavement for me. We communicated from the 26th of February 2022 with the director of the company PHILMON CHANGUNDEGA, showing me the types of pavement they install and I choose the type I want, I was asked to deposit 60% upfront so that they can order the material and start on Monday 28 February 2022. I tried to contact PHILMON on Monday and he was not picking up my calls and he later told me he was buy with the suppliers and he promised to come on the 2nd of March and requested for my address and told me he is 30 minutes away, when I try to reach him he was not picking up my calls and he asked me if I want a refund on the 3rd of March and I said yes since I haven't received my refund. Whenever I call him he sends me a text saying he will call me back. I've paid R7500 to him and I want all my money back because he can't render the service he promised.
