Freezer repair/Tumble dryer repairs
Requested referral from Bark.com for repair company to call me to fix my tumble dryer. Dr Scott hofix tumble dryer's staff came out on the 26th of May. Fixed my Tumble dryer and said they can fix my freezer as well. Removed the engine motor and replaced it with a new motor. The next day, the freezer made a strange noise and I recorded it. Sent it to the staff and asked them to come back and fix it. They only came back on the 30th of June and took out the engine/motor. Said that he will be back the next day and that the motor is still under warranty. It is now the 24th of July. He has not come back with a new motor. I paid R1800 for the new motor and now I have a freezer in my house that is not working, with no motor in it and I lost R1800 that I had to pay cash. No invoice received. Please do not use this company from Bark.com (***) as listed as their top 5. I have sent 2 emails about this to Bark.com and nothing have been done to address this bad service.
