Don't use this platform
Don't use this platform. Their dispute resolution method is deny, deny, deny. They do not have the capacity to resolve errors. In my attempt to recover erroneous billings done by them on my bank account is like going through the eye of a needle. I had to get my bank to reverse the wrongly billed amounts. Ultimately they provide a poor customer service to their suppliers of services. Their strategy is to maximize profits and simply do not care if this is done at the expense of their suppliers. Shame on you!
