DO NOT USE BARK!!!

Good day people

My name is Jerome Chetty and I own a business called Inkosi Building Services.

I was registered on a leads generation website called Bark. I engaged in clients and completed many successful jobs. I was recently blocked from having any access to any leads becasue there was a bad review about my company. Although I never did work for Bark this year. I found that strange. I then took it up to Bark and all they told me was a client gave me a bad review and they cannot tell me the reason why or give me any further details. I remember 1 year ago there were 2 incidents that happened where a person gave me a bad review on Bark and when I confronted them and clarified the issue, they apologised and told me it was the wrong company they put a bad review on. I continued using Bark.

Currently, Bark has no reason to give me as to why they blocked my company off their website. Yes upgradd my account to "Elite" but saw no improvements in leads.

A leads company like this cannot be trusted. They are also an international company who is not even stationed in SA. I highly recommend not using them as they take your money and not deliver services. Very very disappointed. They do not deserve a 1 star.
