Do not trust service providers sent through Bark.com
We did an enquiry on Bark for a building contractor. A 'builder'by the name of Philmon Changundega with company name Philmon Construction Solutions contacted us and came out to give us a quotation. We asked for references we spoke with and all seemed legit. Paid him R15000 deposit and he has disappeared. Surely to advertise as a builder there needs to be some form of company confirmation at least. How does Bark not do any checks? So any ***** can advertise here.
