Disappeared without completing the job
We searched your database for someone to build and install two kitchen units. One new and one replacement.
Your site came up with only one person who contacted us, one Norest Mudau, phone number +***3, on 5th February 2023.
He supp**** a quote, took our deposit money, did half the job (badly) and since the 13th February has been mostly uncontactable, and on the rare occasions one could reach him he makes promises to arrive and complete the work, which he never keeps.
He appears to be too busy with work for other people to bother with us.
The one unit (the new one) is for an overseas guest who came out especially to oversee his new cottage, and having been left with a half constructed mess for over two weeks, I am now going to have to pay someone else to complete this work as the guest is returning to Germany soon.
And then yesterday (27th February) the man wrote a WhatsApp message asking for more money as he has run out of money. I informed him that he would not be receiving anything further unless the work is completed.
This really is not good enough, we expect better from a service such as yours where presumably your professionals are vetted and have to conform to certain standards.
I wrote to Bark. Received no response.
