Credits expired without notice or reminders

I purchased credits on Bark and used them selectively based on lead quality. A total of 352 credits expired.

While Bark states this is in line with their policy, there was no proactive communication or reminder before the expiry date. At the time of purchase and reinstatement, the practical impact of the expiry terms was not clearly highlighted, and no follow-up notifications were sent.

Had I been reminded or properly alerted, I would have used the credits accordingly.

The result is a loss of paid value despite acting in good faith. Support has confirmed that they will not reinstate the credits.

I would caution other users to monitor their credits very closely and ensure they fully understand the expiry terms.
