Buying leads that aren't leads at all.
Bark.com from a contractors point of view is a hard company to buy leads from.
I would like them to answer this. If you can never get hold of a client how is it considered a lead?
Half the time the leads they send are duds as the consumer never answers phones or replies to whatsapps. And when you ask for a credit it's always unfortunately they can't assist (their rules state if a client doesn't want to use you they don't see a problem in that). The problem is each lead is Around R100 and not going in with a fighting chance to secure a lead isn't actually a lead at all.
It seems like the 80/20 rule applies here. Buy 80 leads and hopefully 20 will respond.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience.
We're sorry to hear you've faced challenges with lead quality and follow-ups — we understand how frustrating it can be when clients don't respond after you've invested time and money.
While our leads are shared when a customer submits a genuine request for services, we know not every inquiry results in a successful connection. That said, we’re constantly working to improve lead quality and the overall experience for our professionals. We’d like to take a closer look into the specific leads you've mentioned. Please reach out to us at *** so we can investigate further and see how we can assist.
Thanks again for your feedback — it's an important part of how we improve.
