As per their own saying, they are acting a a yellow pages, without checking who are the companies proposing services. So... if the contractor takes your maney and does not deliver, it is not their problem.

Yet, your promotional e-mails claim to propose "reliable", "experienced" contractors or "expert professionals", until such time there is a problem, and then you say you don't know them and do not take any responsibility.
This amounts to misleading advertising - which is not allowed in South Africa.
Your website is being reported to the authorities.
