Bark.com: STAY AWAY!!
I found a building company, 2ktm Steel and Building, on Bark's website and liaised with Kurt van der Merwe to begin alterations on my bathroom. After paying nearly R40000 for the work, he disappeared with my money, claiming that he had been let down by his helper. I reached out to Bark for the relevant information, but they seemed more interested in protecting a ********, than helping me getting recovering my funds. Unfortunately, the police are unwilling to pursue case without Mr van der Merwe's details.
