Bark.com and TM Electrical - Don't bother to try them!
I was contacted on 30 Nov 2022, by TM Electrical and Plumbing Projects, Mr JC Makhura, referred by Team Bark, to fix my fridge/freezer. He arrived promptly, with his accomplice, Oliver. They spent a couple of hours fixing the machine, charged me R2500.00. 19 days later the fridge broke down again. I contacted them and asked them to return to fix the problem. I told them I assumed it was still under guarantee. They told me to switch the fridge off for a couple of hours and restart it. This seemed to work for a while. 2 weeks later, it broke down again. I asked them to return and fix the fridge properly as it was still under guarantee. I have never heard from either of them again! I emailed Team Bark and asked them to assist. They did not even bother to respond. I will not use this service again. They don't vet their contractors. I would give them a big fat ZERO if I could!
