Bark seems uninterested in honesty of their recommendations
I reported via feedback to Bark who the cheating contractor was. Their (automated?) reply was to please edit my feedback as it may not contain personal information. In other words, they are neither interested to know which of their recommended providers are cheats, and nor are they going to do anything about it.
